Its not a question of whether you like it not, whether you trust it or not rather its a question of evolving and adapting.
Recent thoughts and more thinking have finally brought me to this submissive conclusion....you try and take pleasure in being uncomfortable and be prepard to get totally wiped out.
You can not afford to fight it.
Its pure intelligent survival techniques...the quicker you learn the better you fare.
And, obviously the uncertainity principle will control everything else...as it always has.
